Sales & Application Engineer

Analyzer application consultation, product development, tenders, proposals, costing, projection execution. The work is often challenging and fast paced.

– Liaising and networking with customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organization
– Qualifying prospects into customers
– Conduct products presentation, manage proposal pricing, negotiations and closure process of sales
– Leading the project planning and execution with supervision from Manager
– Focus on product development and exceeding the sales targets
– Managing the project budgets
– Working close with Marketing Team to promote the company products and services

Requirements:
– A Degree in industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering and equivalent
– Able to speak and write in English
– 1 to 5 years’ experience in Engineering Sales, candidate in analyzer field highly preferred
– Must willing to travel extensively and shortest notice

Key Account Sales Engineer

Upkeep the good relationship with the customers, attainment of business development and target planning for the responsible area for overall revenue

– Manage monthly sales in and out plan, forecasts, action plans and resources as they change and adapt to a constantly changing competitive environment
– Participate in the design and execution of the market strategy with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tracking and reporting
– Targeting and acquisition of account base breadth and depth goals
– Weekly observation of pipeline trends with corrective actions and reporting
– Managing forecast accuracy and reaching consensus with Product and Customer Service Management

Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years sales experience and willing to work from home office at designated area
– High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor degree preferred
– Petrochemical/ Power Plan or Refineries industry relationships with integrators, end users and solution element provider is a huge plus.
– Excellent executive level communication style and engagement
– Ms Office Suite experience (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
– Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

Field Service Engineer

Analyzer consultation when required, commissioning, repair, preventive service, troubleshooting, training, calibration. The work is often challenging, require good discipline and good time management.

– Liaising and networking with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organizations
– Able to plan and manage customer service efficiently
– Require to involve in project and engineering activities as when required
– Must be able to adapt to Customer Service culture
– Able to communicate and prepare service reports

Requirements:
– A Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent
– Able to speak and write in English, Mandarin speaking and writing is an advantage
– 1 to 3 years’ experience in Engineering Sales, candidates in analyzer field highly preferred
– Must willing to travel extensively and shortest notice

Internships (Branding, Sales, Engineers)

An intern would need to have
– The character traits preferred by the company
– Have the basic knowledge, qualifications and experience required
– Have job suitability to match job requirement
– Exhibit interest self motivation, and initiate to learn, train, transfer and apply knowledge
– Cultivate the core competencies to meet internship goals of the universities, the company and him/herself.
– Be also to manage a project with quantifiable goals/result outcome.
