Job Description

• Comply with Project Specifications, Commissioning Plans and Procedures.
• Carry out mentoring and training to customers or teammates.
• Preparation of Commissioning Plans, Procedures, and Method Statements.
• Also add as Project QC Controller when assigned.
• Complete Reports meeting the Contract Specific requirements for each Project/Engineering/System Integration scope.
• Directly involve Commissioning Engineers with the testing of complex process analyzers including communicating with the manufacturers to get guidance and communication to get the acceptance test completed successfully.
• Execute of Commissioning and Testing across the project.
• Maintain associated documentation according to the ISO workflow.
• Record any design or As Built changes as a direct consequence of installation, and commissioning tests.
• Identify any specialist test equipment and tools.
• Identify training requirements to keep team knowledge up to date with new technology utilised on new projects, and changes in regulations and standards.
• Review and develop subcontractor commissioning procedures to meet the contract-specific requirement for each project.
• Witness commissioning by subcontractor and specialist engineers.
• Involve closely with Project, System Integration and Engineering Team.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors and be flexible to multitasking whenever required.
