Job Description
- Customer Communication & Support
- Handle incoming sales and service inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Act as the first point of contact for Thai customers, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Quotation & Documentation
- Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the sales team.
- Process and track Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices.
- Maintain proper documentation for each transaction.
- Service Coordination
- Liaise with customers and Service Engineers to plan and schedule service jobs.
- Track service progress and update relevant parties on job status.
- Ensure engineers have the necessary tools, parts, and documentation.
- Office & Call Management
- Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and ensure all queries are followed up.
- Support administrative tasks related to office operations in Thailand.
- Business Trips
- Willingness to travel to HQ (Malaysia) & attend business trips if required.
- Willingness to travel to HQ (Malaysia) & attend business trips if required.
Requirements
- Thai nationality, fluent in Thai and English.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or office admin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
