Job Description

  • Customer Communication & Support
    • Handle incoming sales and service inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
    • Act as the first point of contact for Thai customers, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Quotation & Documentation
    • Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the sales team.
    • Process and track Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices.
    • Maintain proper documentation for each transaction.
  • Service Coordination
    • Liaise with customers and Service Engineers to plan and schedule service jobs.
    • Track service progress and update relevant parties on job status.
    • Ensure engineers have the necessary tools, parts, and documentation.
    • Office & Call Management
    • Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and ensure all queries are followed up.
    • Support administrative tasks related to office operations in Thailand.
  • Business Trips
    • Willingness to travel to HQ (Malaysia) & attend business trips if required.

Requirements

  • Thai nationality, fluent in Thai and English.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or office admin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
