Description

Gas Lift is an artificial lift method used in upstream production to enhance oil recovery by injecting high-pressure gas into the wellbore, reducing fluid density and enabling hydrocarbons to flow more easily to the surface. The produced fluids are then routed to surface facilities such as oil separators, where gas, oil, and water phases are efficiently separated for further handling and processing. Reliable measurement and analytical instrumentation are essential to ensure stable gas injection, protect compressors and wells, and maintain separator efficiency. Typical monitoring objectives include gas composition and moisture control, oxygen monitoring where applicable, pressure and flow verification, and hydrocarbon separation performance. Our solutions support gas lift systems, wellhead facilities, and separator units with robust online analyzers and instrumentation helping operators maximize production, safeguard equipment, and maintain consistent operational performance.
