Description

Separators are critical surface facilities in upstream production used to split the wellstream into oil, gas, and water phases for proper handling and downstream processing. Depending on operating pressure and field requirements, production systems may include test separators, high-pressure separators, and low-pressure separators to progressively stabilize the produced fluids. Efficient separation ensures accurate production accounting, protects downstream equipment, and prepares hydrocarbons for further treatment such as dehydration, desalting, compression, or storage. Reliable measurement and analytical instrumentation play a key role in maintaining separator performance and process safety. Typical monitoring objectives include gas composition and moisture control, oxygen monitoring where applicable, hydrocarbon dew point awareness, pressure and temperature verification, and produced water quality monitoring. Our solutions support separator trains, gas compression systems, and crude treatment units with robust online analyzers and instrumentation helping operators optimize separation efficiency, maintain product quality, and minimize operational risks.
